Certificate of criminal record

Non-conviction certificate is a document confirming that an individual on the day of receiving the certificate is not criminally responsible on the territory of Ukraine and is not wanted.

At the moment, certificates are not issued on forms. Non-conviction extracts are issued.

IMPORTANT! The certificate can be obtained through government services, but if you plan to submit the certificate abroad, it must be in actual form with a wet seal. A certificate received through the “Diya” service is not subject to an apostille stamp.

Upon readiness, you will receive – an ORIGINAL non-conviction certificate, received through the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, with a wet stamp, both in electronic and actual form, , which can be picked up from our office, or received by mail in Ukraine or abroad.

WHO CAN OBTAIN AN EXTRACT OF NO CRIMINAL RECORD?

A certificate (extract) of no criminal record can be obtained by individuals aged 14 and older, both citizens of Ukraine and citizens of other countries located both on the territory of Ukraine and abroad.

Step 1. To make a scanned copy or high-quality photos of your internal passport (page 1, page 2 and a page with place of residence registration - if an old-style passport or of ID card on both sides, if a new-style passport);

Step 2. To send scanned copies or photos by email and indicate your phone number, purpose for submitting the certificate and term for obtaining. In case of change of the last name, you must indicate the previous (maiden) name in Ukrainian language.

If you do not have an internal passport, then we can make an extract using your international passport. You need to send page 1 of your international passport.

A NON-CONVICTION CERTIFICATE IS NECESSARY FOR SUCH PURPOSES:

• employment in Ukraine and abroad;
• participation in the tender;
• obtaining citizenship;
• obtaining a weapons permit;
• preparation of documents for social welfare authorities;
• submitting to whom it may concern;
• obtaining a visa;
• submission to institutions of foreign states;
• obtaining a residence permit in Ukraine and abroad;
• obtaining a license to work with narcotic and psychotropic substances;
• preparation of documents for banking institutions;
• provision to the military registration and enlistment office.

WHY SHOULD YOU ORDER A NON-CONVICTION CERTIFICATE FROM US?

• Are you not in the city where our office is located? Or in a completely different state?

We send certificates and other documents by Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta or international mail to your place of stay every day after 17:00.

• Do you need an abbreviated certificate rather than a full one?

You can order a “full” or “abbreviated” certificate from us. If you need an abbreviated certificate, this must be indicated. Otherwise, you will obtain a full certificate.

• Do you doubt whether you will actually obtain it when ordering online?

We guarantee that you will obtain a certificate or we will return your funds. For all 15 years of our work, certificates have always been issued, so it is impossible not to obtain it. But if there is a conviction or open proceedings, or if the Ministry of Internal Affairs requires additional verification, the certificates may be delayed.

• Is your certificate submitted to foreign countries?

We will prepare a non-conviction certificate for you on a turnkey basis - we will receive a non-conviction certificate, affix an apostille to the certificate, translate and notarize the translation, and, if necessary, we will affix a second apostille. And all this without personal presence.

• Do you need a certificate to participate in the tender, and you are in another region?

We provide a non-conviction certificate in electronic form, and then we will send it to you in paper form.

• Do you need an official non-conviction certificate?

We guarantee you that the non-conviction certificate was issued exclusively and only by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine. The certificate will be with a wet seal. You can check the fact of issue and legality of the certificate using the QR code of the certificate.
