Apostille for a certificate of criminal record

Apostille is a stamp of the relevant ministry confirming the authenticity of document issuance. It is needed for submission to the institutions of foreign countries.

An apostille stamp on a non-conviction certificate (extract) is affixed by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.

IMPORTANT! To affix an apostille stamp, the certificate must only have a rubber stamp. A certificate received through the “Diya” service is not subject to an apostille stamp.

HOW TO ORDER?

1. If you already have a ready-made non-conviction certificate with a rubber stamp, you must give us the original.
2. If there is no non-conviction certificate with a rubber stamp, then you can order a non-conviction certificate with an apostille either.

To do this, you need to send us a photo or scanned copy of your passport (page 1, 2 + page with place of residence registration), if the ID card - a photo or scanned copy on both sides and an extract about the place of residence. If your last name has changed, you must also indicate the previous (maiden) name in Ukrainian language. And send all these documents to us by email or any messenger.
