    TRANSLATION AGENCY “DE-LIS” WILL PROVIDE LEGAL SUPPORT TO EACH CITIZEN OF UKRAINE IN GETTING A PASSPORT OF A CITIZEN OF UKRAINE AS ID-CARD.


    The following documents are required for issuing an ID card after reaching the age of 14

    • Applicant’s birth certificate (original)
    • For the correct spelling of the name of the child, the original of their own passport or the passport of one of the parents, in case one of the parents is a foreigner
    • Applicant Identification Code
    • Certificate of registration of a citizen of Ukraine, in case one of the parents is a citizen of another country.
    • Original + copies of passports of parents
    • Certificate of immigrant applicant (for ATO citizens)
    • In case of a change in the name or surname of the applicant – the original certificate of change of name
    • Certificate of registration of residence

    To obtain a passport ID, instead of pasting a photo into the passport of an old-style citizen of Ukraine, when you reach 25 and 45 years old, the following documents are required:

    1. The original passport of a citizen of Ukraine of the old sample
    2. Certificate of identification number assignment
    3. Migrant certificate + additional documents, only for Donetsk, Luhansk regions and Crimea
    4. Marriage certificate, certificate of change of name, certificate of divorce, or court decision. In case of change of surname

    To apply for a passport ID based on a change of Surname

    • The original passport of a citizen of Ukraine of the old sample
    • Certificate of registration of residence
    • ID number
    • Migrant certificate + additional documents (only for citizens of the ATO)
    • Marriage certificate, or certificate of change of first name, surname or divorce certificate or court decision (in case of marriage abroad or another document confirming the change of surname is required, this document must be translated into Ukrainian with notarization)

    Biometric passport

    TRANSLATION AGENCY “DE-LIS” WILL PROVIDE LEGAL SUPPORT TO EACH CITIZEN OF UKRAINE IN OBTAINING A BIOMETRIC PASSPORT OF A CITIZEN OF UKRAINE.

    Biometric passport – this is a document that has the form of a book of 32 pages, and the cover of which has an electronic chip on which information about the owner is written (passport data, digitized face image, digitized signature and index fingerprints).

    What documents are required to obtain a biometric passport?

    To produce a biometric passport, you must provide:

    • application form;
    • Ukrainian passport;
    • a document confirming payment of statutory payments (consular fee) or an original and a copy of the document on exemption from such payments;
    • certificate from the military enlistment office or military ID (for young people under 25 years old);

    How long will we make a biometric passport for you?

    1. Non-urgent passport – 20 business days;
    2. Urgent – 7 working days;
    3. Emergency – 3 working days (if the trip is associated with urgent treatment, accompanying a seriously ill patient or the death of a relative abroad).
